My (loose) goal is to loose get back into shape and I will know it when I am there. How I will do this will be through this process. Cutting out sugar, which means cakes, sweets and cokes. Cutting out as many carbs as I can, including grain and gluten. Fasting until 1300 and training BJJ three times per week with my bodyweight stuff on the side.
