You know that food can be addictive right? Some foods anyway. Clearly not turnips or broccoli but things like pastries, sweets and chocolate can be harder to give up than crack cocaine. So yeah there’s an addictive component to eating that affects certain people and it may be the reason that you cannot lose weight or avoid certain foods.
