I’ve been on it for ten days. My carb intake has been very low and my output in the gym has been super high. I finished a Chelsea workout — Google it if you don’t know what it means — and I am floored.
I have nothing left in my brain to give. Words, ideas, nada. I am in a soupy brain fog. I can’t remember anything at all.
My buddy and I went for a walk after dinner and I spent the whole time trying to remember Emily Blunt’s name and I just drew a blank. I couldn’t remember anything at all. Her film names, nothing.
If this is the usual on Keto. I don’t want it. I’ll need to find my abs elsewhere.
