I’m unsure whether or not it’s the placebo effect but it is making its mark on my appearance.
It is called ‘The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5’ and it is only £7 or $10. Crazy for what it’s worth.
It is super hydrating and you can also put it in your hair.
I already use rose-hip oil but this is better.
Some things that need to be clear before you use it, apply it to wet or moist clean skin. Not too much. Just a little and give yourself a week to notice a difference.
Beauty comes from within. A clean diet, low stress and plenty of hydration. But this is an additional tool for your skincare routine that hardly costs a thing. A couple of coffees.
