I want to say yes, but I am slightly sceptical. You should be too.
But unless you’ve tried it, you have no right to say whether it works or not. With things like this, the wisest choice is to be agnostic until you’ve given it a real chance.
Being an atheist about it may be as stupid as being a true believer before you’ve tried it.
